Notice regarding receiving a credit statement

לשם בחינת התקשרות החברה עם הלקוח למתן אשראי, החברה תהיה רשאית לפנות ללשכת האשראי בבקשה לקבלת חיווי אשראי לגבי הלקוח. לשם קבלת החיווי, לשכת האשראי תגיש לבנק ישראל בקשה לקבלת נתוני האשראי לגבי הלקוח, הכוללים במאגר בהתאם לחוק נתוני אשראי התשע"ו-2016.

من أجل فحص إمكانية تعاقد البنك بصفقة اعتماد مع الزبون, سيكون من حق البنك التوجه إلى مكتب الاعتماد من أجل تلقي مؤشر اعتماد بشأن الزبون. من أجل تلقي المؤشر، يقدم مكتب الاعتماد طلبا لبنك إسرائيل للحصول على معطيات الاعتماد الخاصة بالزبون، والموجودة ضمن مجمع (مخزن) معطيات الاعتماد التابع لبنك إسرائيل. بموجب قانون معطيات الاعتماد، الصادر عام 2016.

In order to examine the company's contract with the customer for granting credit, the company will be entitled to contact the credit bureau with a request for a credit report regarding the customer. In order to receive the notification, the credit bureau will submit to the Bank of Israel a request to receive the customer's credit data, which are included in the database in accordance with the Credit Data Law of 2016.
